This Sore Little Blogger....

...did a 5 mile race yesterday.

To say my body is still recovering is an understatement.  As in please don't ask me to walk anywhere!
Let's recap my training for this: NONE
Let's recap how much of it I wanted to run to begin with: NONE
Hmm... but since I'm such a wonderful person, I ran parts of it with no training, the wrong shoes, and all the while I was dehydrated...

But I did get a yummy post-race breakfast out of it :)
