Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

By Chandler - 7/16/2015

Sometimes I write about food, not often because no one really cares about what I eat, but still sometimes.

Now anyone who knows me in the real world knows that I love me some Frank's Red Hot. It is just the best. And if you knew me in real life, you'd also know that chicken is the only meat I'll eat. So what better to do than put the two together and make some buffalo chicken meatballs. For the love of God people just do it! They're awesome I promise :)

What You Need:
1lb of Ground Chicken
3/4 cup of bread crumbs (I use Panko)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (rough estimates work too)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (again I just sprinkle it in until it looks good)
Some salt and pepper for good measure
3/4 - 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot

How It's Made:
Preheat your oven to 400
Mix everything in a big bowl (except the Buffalo Sauce!)
When it's all mixed up, make your meatballs. Whatever size you please. Obviously the smaller, the more quantity.
Bake your meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, until slightly browned on the outside.
Now here's where you can do two different things
1. Throw those meatballs right into the crockpot (on low) with the buffalo sauce for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy when done!
2. Covered your meatballs in buffalo sauce and place in fridge until about two hours before you want to serve them--this works best for people who prepared the meatballs in advance. When it's two hours before serving time, throw them in the crockpot and let 'em cook on low for 2 hours.

I served mine on bread with lettuce, onions, and ranch dressing. So good!

Now that it is blantently obvious that I'm not a food blogger, I'm gonna go back to eating my food--I'm good at that!
