Secret Single Behavior

Oh Bloggers, I am excited for today's post.  I feel like it has been a little while since I really put my own life into the blog.  I mean blog mostly everyday (.... I try to anyway).  But sometimes I feel like it doesn't actually mean anything and a lot of the posts don't tell anyone anything about me.  But not today.  Today my dear friends we are getting real. As in real, real.

So the other day (Tuesday to be exact), The Other Juliette did a great blog post on Secret Single Behaviors.  Go read it, it's fabulously worded!  Anyways, I'm not going to rehash everything she wrote out because that would be silly.  Basically, on an episode of Sex and the City (hello fabulous tv show!) Carrie shares her SSB (Secret Single Behaviors) and then everyone else but Samantha shares there too. But seriously, Samantha tells everyone everything--no secrets there.  Yadda yadda, goodness I feel tired of listening to myself... bless you all for reading my nonsense. I digress.  Today, I'm going to share a list of my SSB.  Because it's fun and I can.

- I watch infomercials when I cannot sleep at night. It's a strange habit but I started doing it years ago and I can't kick it.
- I like to eat my animal crackers dipped in peanut butter.
- I like to stand in the shower for 20 minutes, just letting the hot water run down my back.
- I like to drink the whole pot of coffee myself...
- I like to write stories (that I pretend will some day be children's books).
- I like to watch Law & Order: SVU for hours on end, while simultaneously playing music.
- I like to lay on my bed in just my towel while I plan in my head what I'm going to where and what I need to do.
- I like to drive with my windows down and the air on in the summer.  In the winter, I like to crank my heat up and crack my windows.

So ladies (and gents?) what are your SSBs?  Share 'em with us all because this is such a loving community!

  1. I can relate to soooo many of these! Especially standing in the shower. I don't do it very often, but when I do it's glorious
