Happiness is this thing that we always talk about.  But I'm really not sure how many people truly understand happiness.  Happiness is more than a smile on your face and the sun on your back.  Happiness is the butterflies you get when someone says I love you.  Happiness is the first time you get a paycheck that you really need.  Happiness is giving a hug to someone you really, truly missed.  Happiness is simple. It is a feeling and a part of life, but certainly not a destination.  You cannot arrive at happiness.  You can feel happiness and you can be happy.  You can travel to places that make you happy and you can be around people who provide you with happiness.  But happiness is not just one thing, it is a million little things.  And happiness is just that--it is simple, it is a warmth, it is a feeling.
